We do our best to process all orders within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you don't receive this email please check your junk email folder.

How do I check the status of my order?
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or with a defective print then please do get in touch as soon as possible via our contact us page with your order number and details of the issue.
Returns
Because everything is printed to order, specifically for you we encourage customers to consider carefully before returning items. We will be unable to resell what you return and so we lose money, not to mention it being wasteful. So please please do think carefully before you send something back, we are not Amazon. If you do need to return an item due to a mistaken order then we will be unable to refund shipping.
